No, you do not need to create a personal account to place an order at philyragifts.com. You can complete your purchase by simply choosing to checkout as a guest.
However, by creating a personal account, you have the opportunity to store your information, such as your shipping address and preferred payment methods so that you can place your future orders with a single click! You can also enjoy special benefits such as getting access to our loyalty programme,exclusive offers, promotions and customised suggestions. You will also be able to submit feedback on our products and service.
You can update your personal details at any time by logging into your personal account; once you are signed in, you can amend and save your personal information.If you are experiencing any issues during this process, please contact us. We may need to verify your identity before we process your request.
Ordering
If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as you have identified the need to do so. If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us or complete our order cancellation form.
It may not always be possible to amend or cancel your order before it is dispatched, so please let know within 24 hours of making your purchase. Whilst we will always attempt to update/cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed.
If PHILYRA® is unable to cancel your order, you have the option to refuse the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to PHILYRA® or accept the delivery and then request a return.
Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or shipping issues. If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have placed an order with us. Please do not delete this message,especially if you have not created a personal account, as it includes your order number. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Afterwards, you will receive another email giving the opportunity to review your purchase.
Products purchased from our Boutique come beautifully packaged in a gift box or pouch. At your request, a personalised gift card can be added for a small fee. Simply indicate that your purchase is a gift during checkout and fill in the gift message field. We reserve the right to not transmit gift messaging that contains profanity, abusive or obscene information at the sole discretion of our brand.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link so that you can monitor the movement of your PHILYRA® parcel.
We currently do not provide a collection service.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please provide an address where you will be available to receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding and temporary residence addresses. This is due to restrictions put in place by courier companies worldwide.
- UK & EU - Orders are inclusive of VAT.
- USA & rest of the world - Orders are exclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK.
PHILYRA® does not cover this cost; the customer will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added.
Also kindly note that we cannot advise on these charges, as these vary from country to country and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Whilst all carrier companies we cooperate with do their best to deliver during the expected delivery windows, some deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods like Christmas. If you haven't received your order, please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
Please note that delivery times will also be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.
For international deliveries,please allow 12 working days for European orders and 14 working days all other International standard delivery orders to arrive before contacting us regarding missing orders.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you love your purchase but if you have changed your mind, no problem- you have 28 days to return you item(s) from the day your order was placed.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene and for your protection,earrings are excluded from our Returns Policy. Also, seasonal items (e.g items from our Christmas range) and any products which have been personalised or engraved especially for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All items must be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy.
If the items you have purchased can be returned, please follow the steps below:
- Request a return by completing our online returns form.
- Receive your returns number: If your return is approved, we will send you a returns number via email. Please make sure that your request has been approved before you send any items back to us; any products sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- Pack your items (if possible in the original packaging) following the instructions we will send you via email
- Return the item to PHILYRA® : Currently buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via a trackable service.You can send your item back via Royal Mail or the courier of your choice and please keep the proof of postage. You can find your nearest post office here.
- Receive your refund - The moment we receive your returned parcel we will process your request and a notification email will be sent to you. We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days.
Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Kindly note that we do not offer an exchange service.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us; we will be happy to assist you and advise you of next steps. Remember to state your order number and the issue you are experiencing.
When PHILYRA® receives your return, you will be notified via email. Please note this may take up to 15 days. Due to COVID-19, all returned parcels are quarantined for 72 hours before being processed, therefore refunds may take longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The refund process starts the same day the authorisation happens but it may take a few days to complete. Generally, refunds can take up to 15 days, depending on your payment provider.
